Freight transport Cherkasy: region overview
Cherkasy is a regional center in the heart of Ukraine, on the right bank of the Dnieper. The region combines a powerful chemical industry and a developed agricultural sector. PJSC "Azot" — one of the largest enterprises in the chemical industry of the country — produces ammonia, urea, ammonium nitrate and other mineral fertilizers. These cargoes require specialized transport in compliance with ADR norms for dangerous substances. Cherkasy region is one of the leaders in agricultural production: fertile black soils provide high yields of grain, sugar beet and oil crops. The food industry is represented by sugar factories, dairy plants and oil extraction enterprises. Typical cargoes of the region are mineral fertilizers, grain, sugar, oil and construction materials. Transport routes pass through Kyiv, Poltava and Kropyvnytskyi. CarGoPro offers carriers and shippers of Cherkasy region an efficient search for partners on domestic routes. Chemical enterprises and agricultural companies publish applications with detailed transport requirements, and the automatic selection system finds suitable carriers by body type and load capacity.
